Knitting and Spinning Lessons and Groups

Our knitting group meets Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00.

Mind’s Eye Yarns offers both class and individual instruction in knitting and spinning.

If you prefer one-on-one attention, call us to schedule an individual lesson. Lessons are available any time during store hours. A 45-minute lesson costs $12. (Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.)

If you already know the basics of knitting or spinning, you may want participate in one of our groups. The groups are a good way to improve your skills, since Lucy will be on hand if you need pointers. All skill levels are welcome. Please call the shop at (617) 354-7253 if you are interested in attending to make sure there is room.

• Our knitting group meets Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. You can try out one night for free. The cost for six months in the group is $30.
• Our spinning group meets on the third Thursday of the month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. There is no charge for the spinning group, and anyone is welcome.

If you need help with problems you are having with a project, we can help you out. Quick help is always free. If your problem is likely to take more than 10 minutes or so to fix, please call ahead and schedule a lesson.

The spinning group meets on Thursday nights.

Help is available on all projects. (Even that half-finished sweater you got stuck on two years ago!) Learn to make whatever your heart desires!
